Figma is where teams come together to turn ideas into the world’s best digital products and experiences. Today, we’re announcing the launch of the roadshow for Figma’s proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock.
The proposed offering consists of 12,472,657 shares of Class A common stock offered by Figma and 24,646,423 shares of Class A common stock offered by certain of Figma’s existing stockholders. In addition, the selling stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,540,561 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Figma will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
The initial public offering price is expected to be between $25 and $28 per share. Figma has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FIG.”
